The Department of Transport is proud to launch this service that is aimed at saving our Vendors' time and efforts to obtain information on their registration and invoices.

This initiative is also in line with DoT's strategy to provide services that are up to the Highest International Standards.

The Online Vendor Services System offers the following features:

• Showing the related information of the Registered Company/Organization.
• Tracking the registration expiry date and documents required for renewal.
• Tracking of invoices at different stages.
• Tracking justifications for unpaid invoices, if any.
• Notifying suppliers with details and justifications of unpaid invoices or any other required documents by e-mail.

Accessing this service requires a Username and Password (Login Details). To obtain your personalized Login Details, you are kindly requested to finalize the company's-Organization's registration procedures with DoT's Purchasing Division, who will then issue your Username and Password Card.
