  • The tender documents can be collected from the Procurement & Contracts Division at the Department of Transport, level 2 , DoT Building , Bain Al Jisrain, near Fairmount Hotel, Abu Dhabi, upon payment of the above non-refundable Document Fees.
  • Unregistered companies within the Department of Transport’s Commercial Directory are required to be registered here to purchase the Tender Documents.
  • The bids shall be submitted to the Procurement & Contracts Division and shall include all the required documents inside a wax-sealed envelope with the tender number and company’s name clearly written, and it shall be addressed to the Director of Procurement & Contracts Division in DoT.
  • DoT has the right to accept or decline any bid without disclosing the reason.
  • This advertisement is considered to be supplemental part of the Tender Documents and Tender Conditions.
